Lee Roy Nolen, 69, of Blacksburg, died Thursday, April 28, 2022 at his home. He was born in Montgomery County, VA on July 30, 1952 to the late Caley Elgin and Gracie Lee Sarver Nolen. He was also preceded in death by two sisters, Mary Bishop, Ethel Nolen, two brothers, Gale Nolen, and Alvin E. Nolen. He is survived by his daughters, Leighann Burks and Amy Lewis; six grandchildren, Nicole, Stuart, Keara, Brianna, Hannah, Ethan; nine great-grandchildren; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Dorothena Doss, Margaret and Carl Simmons; a brother and sister-in-law, Clarence and Viola Nolen. Funeral services will be held Monday, May 2, 2022 at 2:00 pm in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Belmont Cemetery, Christiansburg. The family will receive friends Monday from 1:00 pm until service time at McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg.
